We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Syllabify platform for your personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, extract, or copy syllabus data without written permission.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Share your account with others to bypass our single-user license.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all proprietary algorithms, designs, syllabus breakdowns, and technology, are the exclusive property of Unitech Studio and its licensors. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are property of their respective owners.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SYLLABUS DATA IS 100% COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE, AS EXAM PATTERNS CHOSEN BY EXTERNAL BODIES CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitech Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
